Veg Tan Leather
This listing is for one of these soft, veg tanned, goat leather splits. A split is a hide that is suede on both sides. These hides are 1-2 oz. in weight (thickness) and are soft and pliable.

These hides are processed to be used as lining leather so they do not have a lot of strength. They are excellent for lining holsters, wallets, sheaths, handbags, etc. It can be used for the inner lining of books, journals or Bibles, etc. Since it is veg tanned it can be dyed.
The photos give you an idea of what some of the hides in this batch look like. You may not receive any of the exact hides shown.
These are craft grade hides so some small blemishes, holes, discoloration, thin areas, etc., may be possible. Hides may vary in shape, shade, etc., from the photos.
You will find tons of uses for this piece of leather in your Native American, black powder, SASS cowboy, taxidermy and many other craft projects.
It will be great for making bags, buckskin clothing items, handle wraps, laces, antler mounts, etc.
